Hayk started singing at the age of 26 with pianist Gayane Badalyan. 

Since 2017 has been studying with Italian soprano Gianfranca Ostini in Milan.

Throughout his study Hayk has been coached by baritone Gevorg

Hakobyan and soprano Liana Aleksanyan. 

in the 2021 season he debuts the role of Radames in Aida at the Armenian National Theater of Opera and Ballet.

In the following seasons the roles of Don Jose in Carmen, Alfredo in Traviata, and Calaf in Turandot .
