           The Turkish mezzo-soprano studied on the University of Fine Arts of Istambul, the Mozarteum of Salzburg and the Accademia del Teatro alla Scalla, with Mimar Sinan, Edda Moser, Edith Matis, Luigi Alva, Mirella Freni, Luciana Serra and Renato Bruson, among others.

            Asude received the prizes of “Best Singer” and “Best Musician” by the magazin Andante. She received also the “Grand Prix Leyla Gencer” from the Académie du Disque Lyrique and the prize of “Best Lyric Singer” from the Foundation Semiha Berksoy.

            In the Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, she sung the role of Lola (Cavaleria Rusticana); in the Arena di Verona, she sung Mercedes (Carmen), in the Teatro alla Scalla, Il Pippetto and Il Musico (Le Convenienze ed Incovenienze Teatrali); in the Ankara State Opera, Carmen (Carmen) and Brangäne (Tristand und Isolde); in the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, Isabella (L’Italiana in Algeri); in the Opera de Colombia, Suzuki (Madama Butterfly); in the Teatro Verdi di Trieste, Pisana (I Due Foscari) and Flora (La Traviata); in the Teatro Real Madrid, the Contessa (I Due Figaro); in the Teatro Campoamor de Oviedo, Rosina (Il Barbiere di Siviglia); in the Teatro Filarmonico di Verona, Madalena (Rigoletto).

          She recorded also DVD’s and a CD. With the label Ducale, she played the Contessa on the world’s first recording of the CD Mercadante’s I Due Figaro, conducted by Riccardo Muti. She sung the role Publia, on the DVD of Rossini’s Aureliano in Palmira, live from the Festival della Vale d’Itria, with the label Bongiovanni, conducted by Giacomo Sagripanti. In a production of Teatro alla Scalla, she sung Pippetto on the DVD Le Convenienze ed inconvenienze Teatrali, from Rossini, with the label BelAir, conducted by Marco Guidarini.
