Giorgio Trucco

       

         Born in Voghera, Italy, Giorgio Trucco studied singing and piano at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan, subsequently specializing with Franca Mattiucci, Roberto Coviello and Raul Gimenez.

         In 1999, he made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Nina o sia la Pazza per amore, from Paisiello, conducted by Riccardo Muti and, subsequently, he has participated in productions such as Don Giovanni, L’Elisir d’Amore, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Cosi fan Tutti and La Cenerentola, among others. At the beginning of his career, he was invited at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, where he performed in L’Incoronazione di Poppea, while at the Rossini Opera Festival he performed in Le Siège de Corinthe and La Cenerentola. After his debut, he sang in all the major international opera houses, collaborating with many of the most famous conductors and directors, such as Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Gerd Albrecht, Ivor Bolton, Giuliano Carella, Mark Elder, Roberto Rizzi Brignoli, Donato Renzetti, Enrique Mazzola, Marco Guidarini, Lu Jia, Andrea Battistini, Diego Fasolis and Alessandro De Marchi, among others.

          In January 2018, he decided to use his profession’s knowledge and contacts with several directors of theatres to produce new talents careers and promote artists of high quality, founding Trucco Management.
